I've been incorporating Ableton into a lot of my lessons so I decided to make a comprehensive introduction to using Ableton as a looper as a reference for students of music. The tutorials are broken up into sections: how to make a guitar loop, how to create a drum loop, and then how to string together multiple loops to create a song. I think this technology is very accessible, though I do acknowledge it is a little bit intimidating at first which I why I walk through each step and give a basic lay of the land of how Ableton works. Here is a link to the most affordable Ableton software - www.ableton.com/en/products/live-lite/
Please share this tutorial with anyone you think might be interested, and if you learn something please consider supporting me financially with a few bucks via ko-fi.com/jonpontrello
It will help me to pay for the camera I used on these tutorials, as well as the media editing software subscription, and of course the occasional americano :)
Happy looping and hit me up with any questions!
